The retirement plan landscape is changing quickly, and much of that change is taking place in 2012. Join us in a discussion regarding best practices for retirement plans, where we will discuss how to measure both plan health for employers and employee (participant) retirement readiness.

We will look at the retirement landscape pre- and post-recession, and discuss what plans require to be successful today. What are Generations X and Y thinking with respect to their financial lives, and how does retirement planning fit into that thinking? What are the boomers thinking, and what are they doing inside of their retirement accounts?
