Profit sharing contribution:
Up to 25% of compensation.
Total contribution and profit sharing annual maximum is $51,000. $102,000 if spouse contributes. $113,000 if both are over age 50.
Plan Establishment Deadline: December 31, or fiscal year-end
Salary Deferral Contributions: April 15 of next year if unincorporated. If incorporated, 15 days after the fiscal year.
Profit Sharing Contributions: April 15 of next year, plus extensions if unincorporated. If incorporated, March 15 of next year, plus extensions.

Minimum required distributions (RMDs) starting at age 70 1/2
10% early withdrawal penalty if under age 59 1/2.
